Prescott & Yavapai County  ·  Not a licensed contractor ·  what that means Call or Text 928-228-5770

Aqua Cat is now CreekWell. We’re rebranding and adding contractor licenses, so we are not booking new work for a few weeks. Jobs already scheduled are not affected. Hold a place

Service areas

Yavapai County, and only Yavapai County

A smaller map, covered properly. No trip fee anywhere on it, and no surcharge for a dirt road.

Where we work

Prescott

Home base. City water and wells both; the city reports 4.3–7.6 gpg.

Prescott Valley

Plus Dewey-Humboldt and Mayer. The town reports about 7.2 gpg, and 9.6 on the Mingus West system.

Kirkland & Skull Valley

Including Williamson Valley, Wilhoit, Peeples Valley and Yarnell. Rural, well-fed, long driveways.

Sedona

And the Village of Oak Creek. Red rock country, and a lot of second homes that sit empty between visits.

Cottonwood

With Cornville, Clarkdale and Jerome. Verde Valley wells, and the arsenic conversation is a real one here.

Verde Valley

Camp Verde, Rimrock and Lake Montezuma. Wells, irrigation, and a lot of iron.

Walker & Groom Creek

Up the hill south of Prescott. Winter access can be interesting; the work is the same.

Spring Valley & Cordes Lakes

East side of the county. Covered, same prices, no trip fee.

Why not Phoenix

CreekWell does not serve Maricopa County. The business used to advertise there and it did not work — a one-man shop two hours away cannot be the person who comes back when something needs a second look.

If you are in the metro, you want somebody local to you. We would rather say that than take the drive.

Rebranding, and adding licenses

We are adding Arizona contractor licenses, and we are not booking new work until that is done — a few weeks. Jobs already on the schedule are not affected.

For new work, hold a place in the first round or call or text 928-228-5770. Bookings go in the order they come in, at the prices published on this site. No deposit.

Questions we get asked

Can you come out right now?

Not for new work. We are rebranding and adding Arizona contractor licenses, and we are not booking new jobs for a few weeks. Jobs already on the schedule are not affected.

Leave your name on the list or call or text 928-228-5770. Bookings go in the order they come in, at the prices published on this site, with no deposit.

Is there a trip fee for rural addresses?

No. Same price at the end of a dirt road as in downtown Prescott.

Williamson Valley, Skull Valley, Walker, Groom Creek, out past Cornville — all normal, all no extra charge.

Do you work in Phoenix or Flagstaff?

No. Yavapai County only.

Flagstaff is Coconino County and Phoenix is Maricopa. Neither is served.

Not a licensed contractor

Work is performed under the Arizona handyman exemption, A.R.S. § 32-1121(A)(14): any single project is limited to less than $1,000 including labor and materials, and excludes work requiring a building permit and all natural gas and propane work. Neil Staiger has 32 years of Arizona plumbing experience and holds current manufacturer certifications from Moen, Kohler, Navien, Rinnai and Charger Water Treatment Products. More about that. Additional Arizona contractor licenses are in progress.
